Insects can spell


Wow. It took Kjell B. Sandved 24 years to collect the butterflies to make up the alphabet. And he's found some pretty amazing butterflies apart from the literate ones.

When good designs go wrong
I'm sure these designs looked sexy on paper, but the designers obviously never tried using them. My favorite is the mop sink, which I have indeed seen and thought it was some european urinal of sorts.
